    • Yes they do, but the blu-ray doesnt come out in Japan until June 02, 2015, so they have to wait before they can translate it.

  5. I re-watched all of the first season the past couple of days. I had forgot how good some of the stories were especially in the early part. Some of the episodes and events I still remembered from watching back when they originally aired, and some I didn’t remember as well. They touched on some things that I wish current seasons of Aikatsu would reference even if it has been done before (in this first season). Its interesting to see characters screw up once in a while, its interesting to see what a failed appeal does to the performer and what it takes out of them. Its good to have surprise twists and not know who is going to win, or pass an audition. Its good to see the effort that has to be put in to get to the top including basics. Its funny to see an idol get lazy and out of shape during a holiday break or off time, and put in effort to fight back into preforming shape. To see a group not just form, but to change shape has an appeal. I liked that the performances in the first season weren’t long full songs, and were more to the point giving time to focus on stories and characters. It was refreshing to see people of significance in the crowd, and commenting on events.

Have we ever had a food fight with idols in an Aikatsu? I’d kind of like to see that.
I’ll probably go re-watch the second season too, but my brain and my heart tell me the first season was the best season. If you seen the first season before, but not in a while you’ll probably enjoy re-watching it for not only the nostalgia of what you remember, but also for some of the good things you may have forgotten.
